A resequencing effort was undertaken to enhance the genome quality of two strains exhibiting intriguing biosynthetic gene clusters (BGCs). Both strains underwent sequencing, and their genomes were completed using ONT sequencing and the assembler Trycycler. Subsequently, the final assemblies were polished using Illumina reads to ensure high accuracy.
