This record contains 1000 3D patches of size 250x250x250 extracted from the unannotated nuclei volumes of the Selma3D 2024 challenge dataset available at https://www.ebi.ac.uk/biostudies/bioimages/studies/S-BIAD1197 Patches were sampled as follows: 250 patches from each of the available nuclei samples (1, 2, 3 and 4).
