Microglia constitute the myeloid compartment of the Central Nervous System (CNS). scRNA sequencing was employed to decipher diverse microglia populations and other cell types from the cortex. Overall design: Cell populations frrom the cortex of the mice were isolated and enriched for microglia by flourescent activated cell sorting (FACS) and analyzed using sn RNA sequencing
