Influence of orchid mycorrhizal fungi on photosynthesis of Dendrobium officinale

In nature, mycorrhizal fungi is necessary for seed germination and development of orchid. However, whether orchid mycorrhizal fungi have effect on photosynthesis of Dendrobium officinale is unclear. In this research, we revealed the influence of Mycena dendrobii on photosynthesis of Dendrobium officinale by transcriptomic analysis.
