资源简介:
This database is comprised of a prospectively enrolled cohort of 55 participants, consisting of 51 healthy volunteers (mean age 39 ± 14 years) and 4 patients diagnosed with aortic stenosis. All participants were imaged between 2023 and 2025. The primary objective of this study was to establish a high-resolution baseline of myocardial health and biomechanics using state-of-the-art 3T magnetic resonance imaging (Vida Fit, Siemens Healthineers). The strength of this database lies in its multi-parametric approach, utilizing identical radiofrequency coils and standardized imaging protocols across all subjects to ensure data consistency. The repository includes a diverse range of advanced cardiac MRI sequences, providing a holistic view of both structure and function. Myocardial Microstructure: Evaluated via Cardiac Diffusion Tensor Imaging (cDTI) to map myofiber orientation. Tissue Characterization: Quantified through Native T1 Mapping. Strain and Displacement Dynamics: Captured using Cine Displacement Encoding with Stimulated Echoes (DENSE), Grid Tagged Imaging, and Cine Balanced Steady State Free Precession (bSSFP) imaging, offering high-fidelity tracking of intramyocardial motion. Standard Morphometry: Visualized through Cine bSSFP imaging for gold-standard ventricular volume and mass calculations. This data provides a robust framework for researchers investigating cardiac biomechanics, the transition from healthy aging to valvular disease, and the development of computational heart models. All data collection was conducted under Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval with full written informed consent from all participants.
