化验单识别标注数据

为了训练化验单识别模型，该模型能够自动识别化验单中的各类数据，并将这些数据自动录入到电子数据采集系统（EDC）。为了在提高医疗数据录入的质量和效率，确保数据的准确性和可追溯性，同时减轻医务人员的手动录入负担。通过模型的自动识别功能，可以快速处理大量的血常规等医疗化验单据，实现数据的自动化管理和分析。

To train a laboratory test report recognition model that can automatically identify various types of data in laboratory test reports and automatically enter these data into the Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system. This work aims to improve the quality and efficiency of medical data entry, ensure the accuracy and traceability of data, and reduce the manual data entry burden on medical staff. Leveraging the automatic recognition function of the model, a large number of medical laboratory documents such as blood routine tests can be processed quickly, enabling automated data management and analysis.
