"Transcriptional and metabolic reprogramming of colorectal cancer cells expressing the oncogenic KRAS-G13D mutation." The overall goal of the study is to investigate the effect of the KRAS-G13D mutation in colorectal cancer through an isogenic cell line model system expressing either wild type or mutated KRAS. This SRA submission contains the whole genome sequencing data used for cell line authentication and mutational analysis, while the RNA-seq data is available in the GEO.
