White Cabbage RGB and UV-Induced Fluorescence Dataset During Ambient Storage
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the research data supporting the study “Phase-based monitoring of white cabbage freshness during ambient storage using integrated RGB and UV-induced fluorescence imaging with GLCM texture analysis: A proof-of-concept study.” The dataset comprises paired RGB and UV-induced fluorescence images acquired once daily from one commercially mature white cabbage head during 14 consecutive days of storage at 25 ± 1 °C and 65–70% relative humidity. One RGB image and one UV-induced fluorescence image were acquired at each observation time, resulting in 14 paired temporal observations. The accompanying structured numerical data include RGB and UV channel intensities and orientation-averaged GLCM contrast, correlation, energy, and homogeneity values used in the manuscript. The dataset represents a single-subject longitudinal proof-of-concept and should not be interpreted as a biologically replicated dataset or as validated freshness or spoilage classification data.
