Coding data and source provenance for Just culture commitments and disciplinary review in publicly posted nursing agreements

This dataset accompanies a comparative documentary analysis of just culture commitments and disciplinary review in publicly posted nursing agreements. The fixed sampling frame comprises 31 entries in the Pennsylvania Association of Staff Nurses and Allied Professionals (PASNAP) public contract directory: 18 hospital registered-nurse bargaining-unit cases were included, nine entries were excluded for scope, and four were held for unresolved scope or version questions. The analytical corpus comprises 19 source PDFs totalling 1,395 file pages. The English workbook provides all 126 original paired domain ratings (researchers A and B), final human labels, domain-specific agreement results, descriptive tables, clause comparisons, document-status checks and the complete selection ledger. The original independent ratings have been preserved. The workbook distinguishes original human ratings from the subsequent descriptive presentation of commitment forms and clause families. The source CSV provides the public URLs, selected document versions, page counts, byte sizes and SHA-256 hashes of the exact source copies retained by the study. A separate source record identifies the 72-page St Christopher predecessor used for contextual version checking; it is not part of the 19-file analytical corpus. Full third-party contract PDFs are not redistributed in this public deposit; the retained source copies remain in the authors' local study archive. The source links and hashes identify those copies but do not guarantee that a live URL will continue to supply the same bytes. Documentary counts describe wording in selected posted texts, rather than legal execution, implementation, independent innovation or effects on nurses or patients. The exact-copy adoption status of the selected St Christopher text remains unconfirmed.
