Dataset for Public Sector Innovativeness: Evidence from Metropolitan Municipalities

This dataset was generated as part of a scale development study undertaken to design and validate a multidimensional measurement instrument for assessing public sector innovativeness in metropolitan municipalities. It contains the data used during the exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) phases of the scale development process. The dataset includes item-level responses, demographic information, and derived variables prepared for statistical analysis. It is intended to facilitate the reproducibility of measurement instrument development and to support subsequent research on the assessment of innovativeness in public administration. All data were anonymised before sharing. The dataset is made available to promote transparency, encourage reproducibility, and allow reuse in measurement development research.
