Transcriptome sequencing of Enterobacter hormaechei TY18

Transcriptomics sequencing is commonly used to reveal changes in gene transcription levels in response to environmental stress and would help understand the degradation mechanism of triadimefon by Enterobacter hormaechei TY18. Under triadimefon stress, transcriptome profiles of strain TY18 were elucidated, and the differentially expressed genes (DEGs) related to triadimefon degradation were revealled through transcriptomics sequencing analysis.
