Data set for "Non-Markovian data-driven modeling of single-cell motility"

The data set consists of the trajectories of 125 individual cells: Each file corresponds to one cell trajectory and contains the recorded two-dimensional positions of the fluorescently labelled cell nucleus. The first two columns in each file are the position in µm in cartesian coordinates of the cell nucleus relative to the center of the circular track. The third and fourth columns are the angular and radial component in rad and µm, respectively, of the corresponding polar representation. Each row corresponds to one time step. Trajectories were recorded at a time resolution of 2.5 minutes.
