Dataset with student's observed oral health status and survey predictors (APPSHO)

This dataset contains the DMFT index and self-reported survey variables (measuring oral health habits and beliefs, food habits, and physical activity habits) for 2,133 students from the Seixal municipality, aged 5-22. Data was collected between 2011 and 2015. The Portuguese National Data Commission approved the data collection (process number 14108/2011, approval number 12400/2011) on November 21st, 2011. The data is anonymous and was collected by the Associação Portuguesa Promotora da Higiene e Saúde Oral (APPSHO). The author, Octávio Rodrigues, should be credited whenever the dataset is used in any application.
