Mean And Standard Deviation Of Trimmed Reads (Original Reads From Prjna377625, Berbens Et Al., 2017)

The original reads were downloaded from the NCBI SRA PRJNA377625 (Berben et al., 2017 mSystems 2:e00102-17). Their maximum length was set to 120nts. For each sample and each read, the read length was extracted into a text file. The read length average and standard deviation was then calculated using R.
