This dataset contains original measurements collected from a coastal acoustic tomography (CAT) system deployed in Yangkou Bay, Qingdao. It includes raw data between multiple acoustic stations, which were used to estimate the range-averaged currents and reconstruct the horizontal flow field. In addition to the CAT data, the dataset incorporates synchronous tidal records obtained from nearby tide gauge stations, facilitating a comprehensive analysis of tidal influences on coastal circulation. This integrated dataset supports further studies on coastal dynamics, acoustic remote sensing, and oceanographic model validation in semi-enclosed bay environments.Part of the data is included here; for access to the full dataset, please contact Xiaofei Zhang at Zhejiang University.
