We tested transcript profile of colorectal cancer (CRC) organoid from CRC patients. We compared the transcripts profile change between drug resistant organoid and drug sensitive organoid. We cultured CRC patients derived tumor organoid and divided the tumor organoids into two groups according to drug sensitivity.
