Supplementary Materials to the Article From Source to Structure – Extracting Knowledge Graphs with LLMs, published in Large Language Models for the History, Philosophy, and Sociology of Science: Reflections from a Field in Motion This repository contains the complete, unedited JSON logs documenting the two-stage generation and synthesis workflow underlying the LLM-based commentaries presented in Part 2 of the above-mentioned article.
