This dataset contains tiled fluorescence microscopy images of albumin ß-sheets on circular titanium disks used in biomaterial and antibacterial coating assays. The images were acquired as large-area tile scans and include raw .czi microscopy files together with disk masks. The dataset is intended to support reproducible quantification of ß-sheets coverage on titanium surfaces.
