资源简介:
This study aimed to explore the seasonal variation of species composition, diversity and functional group characteristics in rhizosphere soil bacterial and fungi communities of Cephalostachyum pingbianense. Our results showed that rhizosphere soil bacterial communities did not differ much between seasons, with species such as Acidothermus, Roseiarcus and Bradyrhizobium dominating soil bacterial communities in each season. Bacterial community functions are dominated by chemoheterotrophy, cellulolysis and nitrogen fixation. Fungal richness was sensitive to seasonal changes. Saprotrophic fungi had a high proportion of functional abundance in the soil of four seasons. Species such as Saitozyma, Mortierella, and Trichoderma were the dominant taxa of soil fungal community in each season.
