RNA-seq profiling of WT and LKB1 knockout mouse embryonic fibroblasts treated with the HAT inhibitor A485

Investigating transcriptional profile of WT and LKB1 knockout mouse embryonic fibroblasts untreated, stimulated with IL-1β, treated with A485 alone, or stimulated with IL-1β and A485 RNA-seq was performed on WT and LKB1 knockout MEFs that were pre-treated with the HAT inhibitor A485 for 30 minutes prior to 6 hour vehicle or IL-1β treatment.
