The GlobalAMFungi database is a comprehensive atlas of arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi distribution, containing almost 50 million observations of AM fungal amplicon DNA sequences from approximately 8500 samples. It includes geographical locations and metadata from 100 original studies.
