Heliopora (Anthozoa: Octocorallia) Microsatellite and SNP genotypes

This dataset consists of microsatellite (SSR) and SNP genotype files from colonies of two Heliopora lineages collected from the Philippines. SSR genotypes are encoded as fragment size (basepairs), in Genepop format. SNP genotypes are in vcf format and consist of

unfiltered SNPs: Hcoerulea_ddRAD_152n_r50.vcf (152 colonies, 6067 SNP loci)

filtered SNPs: Hcoerulea_ddRAD_1610loc_129n.vcf (129 colonies, 1610 SNP loci)

Sample metadata is also provided for each genotype dataset (*.tsv). Variables include sample name (SampleID), collection site (PopCode), Latitude (Lat), Longitude (Long), Biogeographic Region (BioRegion), microsatellite cluster (mCluster; 1, 2 or Admixed), or SNP cluster (sCluster; 1, 2, or 3). Cluster assignments were based on coefficient of ancestry values (q), using a threshold of q > 0.9.
