Data is saved as a tab delimited text file (data.txt). Data file has the following columns: 1) length - shell length of experimental snails (mm); 2) food_consumption - food consumption of experimental snails (g/day); 3) respiration_rate - respiration rate of experimental snails (mg/h); 4) antibacterial_activity - antibacterial activity of haemolymph of experimental snails; 5) PO_activity - phenoloxidase-like activity of haemolymph of experimental snails; 6) chemo-orientation - proportion of cercariae found in the SCW arm of the test chamber when considering those cercariae that left the central compartment; 7) attractiveness - proportion of all cercariae in the test chamber that were found in the SCW arm; 8) susceptibility - proportion of cercariae successfully infecting the snails.
