Genetically defined syngeneic mouse models of ovarian cancer as tools for the discovery of combination immunotherapy (RNA-seq)
收藏资源简介:
Purpose: One of the goals of this study is to compare the transcriptome profiles of tumors from mice inoculated with specific engineered fallopian tube cells of high-grade serous tubo-ovarian cancer (HGSC) models (this study) using next-generation sequencing (NGS)-derived RNA-seq. Methods: Tumors from mice inoculated with specific engineered fallopian tube cells of high-grade serous tubo-ovarian cancer (HGSC) models were compared using RNA sequencing. Conclusions: We conclude that RNA-seq based transcriptome characterization would expedite genetic network analyses and permit the dissection of complex biological functions. Overall design: Tumor mRNA profiles from mice inoculated with specific engineered fallopian tube cells were generated by deep sequencing.
