The first tab includes the summarized results for the 2 benchmarks, i.e., a custom database without MAGs for all IMG/VR sequences, and custom databases without “local” MAGs (i.e., from the same study) for 3 specific studies. Additional tabs provide the list of IMG/VR sequences with a host prediction from the complete host database, but either no prediction or a lower iPHoP score prediction when using a “no MAG” or “no local MAG” host database.
