资源简介:
This study aimed to develop and validate a scale measuring social media interaction motivation (SMIM) and examine its relationship with related variables. In Study 1, the factor structure was identified, while Study 2 confirmed the validity and reliability of the scale, showing its link to social media disorder (SMD). Study 3 used structural equation modeling and found that SMIM increases problematic online behaviors like fear of missing out (FoMO) and phubbing. Gender differences were minimal, but SIMIM, SMD, FoMO, and phubbing increased with social media usage time. The study concludes with suggestions for future research, considering its limitations.<br>
