16S rRNA raw sequences for "Bacterial interactions shape the molecular composition of dissolved organic matter"

This amplicon 16S rRNA dataset NGS3046 (raw sequences and processed data by LGC Genomics GmbH) and metadata support the publication "Bacterial interactions shape the molecular composition of dissolved organic matter" by Fuessel et al. The 16S rRNA data describe the community composition of assembled communities of up to 4 bacteria from the Roseobacter group. The co-cultures were grown in minimal artificial seawater medium with glucose and samples for DNA were taken throughout the experiment. The methods are described in detail in the publication. The ASVtable after processing through our bioinformatic pipeline as stated in the methods section of the paper is attached in the supplementary files to the publication.
