资源简介:
Purpose: The goals of this study is to use NGS-derived liver transcriptome profiling (RNA-seq) to identify candidates of pathways and genes which are responsible to protect MttpIKO from MCD induced-NASH development . Overall design: Mttpf/fVillin Cre mice were injected with Tamoxifen or vehicle and Keep on MCD diet for 3 weeks. Livers were collected after 4 hours fasting. Total liver RNA were extracted by TriZol reagent and 3 RNA pools (from 12 liver RNA) by genotype were submited for NGS.
