资源简介:
This repository contains 14 .csv data files. Each contains auditory evoked potential data from 14 animal subjects (C57BL/6J mice) sampled at 1 kHz, from -100ms to 1000 ms about each stimulus, with pre-stimulus baseline correction and filtered between 0.1 and 30 Hz. The auditory sequences that elicited these AEPs were frequency and intensity oddball and deviant-alone paradigms. In a novel step, double-epochs, encompassing two successive stimuli (i.e. standard-standard or oddball-standard) were taken to compute mismatch response (MMR) difference waveforms.
The oddball paradigms consisted of 800 standards, 100 upper-deviant oddballs, and 100 lower-deviant oddballs, presented in pseudorandom order. In the deviant-alone paradigms, there were no standards, but otherwise the sequences were identical.
The file naming convention is as follows:
First letter:
'f_' <- frequency
'i_' <- intensity
Second and third letters:
'od_' <- oddball paradigm
'da_' <- deviant-alone paradigm
The rest:
'std' <- standard
'updev' <- upper-deviant
'lodev' <- lower-deviant
'upmmn' <- upper-deviant minus standard
'lommn' <- lower-deviant minus standard
