HPLC calibration curves for ethanol, acetate, glucose, xylose, glycerol, glyoxylate, malate, ethylene glycol, glycolate, butanol, and butanone

This work reports the HPLC calibration curves of ethanol, acetate, glucose, xylose, glycerol, glyoxylate, malate, ethylene glycol, glycolate, butanol, and butanone on an Agilent 1260 HPLC instrument equipped with a Bio-Rad Aminex HPX-87H column. Mobile phase was 5 mM sulphuric acid eluted in isocratic mode. Column temperature was maintained at 50 oC, and injection volume was 5 μL. Flow rate was 0.7 mL/min.
