These are the data
used in "Inferring
the population structure
of the Maghreb sheep
breeds using a medium-density SNP chip" by S. Ben
Jemaa et al.

- "North_AFrican_sheep_dataset.ped" contains the genotype data in PLINK PED format.

- North_African_sheep_dataset.map
contains SNP information in PLINK PED format. Chromosome coordinates
are according to the sheep genome assembly version 1.0.

North_AFT_ind.txt
contains population information for 91 animals. Breed code
descriptions

can be found in
Table S1 of the manuscript.
