RT-qPCR Results (Ct) of Derivation of equine mesenchymal stem/stromal cells from induced pluripotent stem cells via the neural crest pathway and characterisation by immunophenotype and tri-lineage differentiation PAPER

This dataset contains the raw cycle threshold (Ct) values obtained from Real-Time Quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) experiments performed on equine induced pluripotent stem cells, equine induced mesenchymal stem/stromal cells and equine bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem/stromal cells corresponding to Figure 3 (neural crest cell markers), Figure 7 (tri-lineage differentiation associated genes), Figure 8 (mesenchymal markers) and Figure 9 (pluripotency markers). These data support the gene expression analysis presented in the manuscript titled: "Derivation of equine mesenchymal stem/stromal cells from induced pluripotent stem cells via the neural crest pathway and characterisation by immunophenotype and tri-lineage differentiation"
