This study aims to uncover the community structure characteristics of rhizosphere soil bacteria in both artificially restored Kandelia obovata forests and naturally growing ones. By comparing the differences in rhizosphere soil bacteria between these two types of forests, we seek to identify the factors that contribute to the successful growth of the artificially restored Kandelia obovata forest. The identification of key bacteria in this study will provide a theoretical basis for the artificial restoration of mangroves.
