Controlling the modality of the morphogen BMP4 controls and alters the gene expression and developmental trajectory within hPSC embryoids. Three different modalities of BMP4 (localized, immbolized BMP4 with no BSA, localized, immobilized BMP4 with BSA, and global BMP4 distrubuted in media) were tagged with 3 hashing antibodies (TotalSeq™-B0251,B0252,B0253 anti-human Hashtag 1,2,3) and analyzed using scRNA sequencing using 10X genomics
