Metabolic response of the freshwater ciliate paramecim caudatum to microplastics

This dataset contains experimental data on oxygen concentration measurements used to assess the metabolic response of Paramecium caudatum to exposure to microplastics (MPs). The data were obtained from a laboratory-based ecotoxicological experiment designed to study the potential effects of environmentally relevant MPs on the respiration of an aquatic protist.
