This repository contains raw data from studies on the model pulmonary surfactant with fatty acids obtained at the air-water interface:surface pressure measurements (isotherms, relaxations, BAM pictures, interfacial rheology),AFM micrographs.Monolayers were created using the Langmuir technique and transferred onto a solid substrate via the Langmuir-Blodgett technique. The four-component mixture acted as a model of the lipid fraction of the pulmonary surfactant. Measurements at the air-water interface were conducted at the temperature relevant for human organism. The research aimed to assess the physicochemical properties of the possible drug delivery system composed of the lipid fraction of pulmonary surfactant enriched with fatty acids.
