Microcat-ODO data (Temperature, Salinity, Pressure and Dissolved Oxygen) from mooring RTEB1 of the Eastern Boundary array (Rockall Trough), as part of UK OSNAP (Overturning in the Subpolar North Atlantic Programme) from July 2018 to October 2020.

The dataset consists of data (Temperature, Salinity, Pressure and Dissolved Oxygen) collected by moored CTD-DO instruments (microcat-ODO) in the eastern Rockall Trough between July 2018 and October 2020. The moored CTD-DO instruments were situated at various depths on mooring RTEB1 which is the easternmost mooring of the Atlantic-wide OSNAP mooring array. The CTD-DO instruments were deployed on cruise AR30-04 (2018) and recovered on DY120 (2020). The data have been processed and calibrated. Mooring RTEB1 is deployed under UK OSNAP (NE/K010875/1 and NE/K010875/2). The CTD-DO instruments were funded by the European Union's Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation Programme under grant agreement nos. 678760 (ATLAS), 818123 (iAtlantic) and 633211 (AtlantOS).
