This is the raw data of Figure 2i in the following manuscripthttps://doi.org/10.1101/2024.11.13.623437A telomeric transposon from cyanobacteria is tested for its transposition in E. coli with circular or linearized chromosomes. The E. coli with insertions are collected, and their genomic DNA is extracted with Wizard Genomic DNA Purification Kit. The DNA is submitted to SeqCenter LLC. for Illumina sequencing. They used tagmentation for DNA fragmentation.
