investigate the gene expression change between UBE2S konck down A375 cells mediated by Lentivirus and control A375 cells. In the study, melanoma A375 cell line was selected and transfected UBE2S shRNA mediated by Lentivirus. UBE2S knock down A375 cells and control A375 cells both in triplicate were assayed to acquire the expression profiles of a total of 49,395 probes.
