12S rRNA metagenomics of Saiido-nagare Stream. riverine metagenome

Saiido-nagare Stream at Naka-Shidanmi district in Moriyama Ward, Nagoya City, is one of the few remaining springs in the city and is known as a valuable spot where rich biodiversity has been maintained despite its location in the peripheral of the large city. The purpose of this project is to analyze animal species around Saiido-nagare using environmental DNA extracted from the water of the stream.
