RIR leads to ischemic acute kidney injury. Many genes were shown to be altered in this group. We used microarrays to detail the global differences of gene expression in the livers of male wild-type mice subjected to 30 minutes of warm renal ischemia reperfusion injury (RIR) in comparison to livers of male wild-type mice subjected to sham surgery.
