资源简介:

We deployed 791 camera-trap stations across 5,915.6 km² of the Chitwan–Parsa Complex (CPC), Nepal, a globally significant Terai Arc Landscape (TAL) corridor. Bayesian multi-species occupancy model with data augmentation was applied to estimate detection probability, site use, and species richness. A total of 37 mammal species were recorded between December 2017 and February 2018. The attached files contain data related to camera trap station, events of wildlife recorded by camera traps, camera traps installation and removal days. It also contains meta data of forest cover, altitude forest, cover, bio1, bio10, bio11, bio12, bio13, bio14, bio15, bio16, bio17, bio18, bio19, bio2, bio3, bio4, bio5, bio6, bio7, bio8, bio9, hm_values, Nepal.DEM1, slope, aspect, and roughness
