We sequenced AR42J cell exposed to CCK or insulin in different concentrations. This enable us to uncover the possible effect of the different hormones on acinar cells in pathlogy. mRNA profiles from AR42J cell line exposed to 5 different concentrations of CCK or insulin (in triplicates) and their untreated controls were sequenced in an Illumina NextSeq.
