本数据集聚焦工业压缩机(往复式、离心式、螺杆式、轴流式)的性能预测与退化评估,覆盖空气、天然气、氢气、制冷剂等多种工质。包含入口/出口工况(压力、温度、流量)、运行调节参数(转速、导叶)、实测性能指标(轴功率、排气量、多变效率)、机械状态(振动、轴承温度)及与出厂性能曲线的偏差标签。适用于性能预测、退化趋势分析、能耗优化及故障预警。
This dataset focuses on performance prediction and degradation assessment for industrial compressors, namely reciprocating, centrifugal, screw and axial types, and covers a wide range of working fluids including air, natural gas, hydrogen, refrigerants and others. It contains inlet and outlet operating conditions (pressure, temperature, flow rate), operational regulation parameters (rotational speed, guide vanes), measured performance metrics (shaft power, discharge flow rate, polytropic efficiency), mechanical states (vibration, bearing temperature), as well as deviation labels against the factory-standard performance curves. This dataset is applicable to performance prediction, degradation trend analysis, energy consumption optimization and fault early warning.
