Post-processed native-grid tumor segmentation masks derived from the I-SPY2 breast DCE-MRI collection

This dataset contains radiologist-reviewed, post-processed tumor segmentation masks derived from the I-SPY2 breast DCE-MRI collection hosted by The Cancer Imaging Archive (TCIA). This Zenodo record contains masks only. Original DCE-MRI images are not redistributed in this repository. Users should obtain the source imaging data directly from TCIA. The masks were restored from cropped space to the native DCE-MRI image grid and subsequently post-processed by filling internal holes and removing isolated pixels or small disconnected components. All included masks were visually reviewed by a radiologist for anatomical plausibility, gross segmentation quality, and image-mask alignment. The corresponding source volumes are the DCE-MRI series at approximately the 3-minute post-contrast time point. These curated DCE volumes are not included in this Zenodo version and may be released separately in the future. A manifest file is provided to document the included masks and their basic image-space properties.
