The landscape of the megakaryogenesis epigenome at a single-base resolution, and comparison of DNA modifications, both methylation and hydroxymethylation in CG and non-CG contexts, of different cell types, such as HSCs and MKPs in DPR after HSCT, remains largely unknown. HSCs and MKPs from bone marrow of DPR and good graft function (GGF) patients were isolated. Whole genome bisulfite sequencing (WGBS) was then performed. Genome-wide levels of total CG, and non-CG (CHG and CHH (where H is any base except G)) were analyzed for each sample.
