This strain was isolated from the alkali-tolerant bacteria distributed in saline-alkali aquaculture ponds of Daqing in Heilongjiang Province, China. This strain possesses the application potential in water quality control of aquaculture. In order to evaluate the application safety of the strain, the safety-related genes analysis is necessary based on the whole genome sequence. Therefore, the genomic sequencing and assembling was performed.
