Batch137 is a recursive active-ledger closure and Volume I bulk scan-review package, not a new linear continuation endpoint and not a critical edition. Batch138 is a focused Volume II section 6 control-character footnote fix. B139 is a focused off-ledger Volume II English section 49 repair splitting merged display tag 5--6 into source-aligned equations (5) and (6) and adding a recursive range-tag scan rule.
