Fungicide (azoxystrobin) and antibiotic (oxytetracycline) affected Folsomia candida (Collembola) gut microbiotas.

We investigated the changes of the gut microbiota in the model soil invertebrate Folsomia candida (Collembola) after typical treatments with a fungicide (azoxystrobin) and an antibiotic (oxytetracycline) and used eukaryotic transcriptome sequencing to analyze functional gene, which could identify the interactions between the gut microbiota and host physiological functions.
