Expression data from triple negative breast cancer-MDA-MB-231 cells treated with vehicle and salvia chinensia benth

To identify salvia chinensia benths induced transcriptional changes in triple negative breast cancer cell, RNA-sequencing of MDA-MB-231 cells after salvia chinensia benths treantmnent was performed. Differential gene expression analysis resulted in 7582 differentially expressed genes. MDA-MB-231 cells were treated with vehicle or salvia chinensia benth for 24 hours, followed by RNA extraction and RNA sequencing analysis. Each has three biological repeats.
